  1. How do I place an order?

 Orders can be placed via the internet or you may call 678 840 0001 with your order. We accept most major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  Personal checks are also accepted.

  1. How can I check on the status of my order?

If you created an account during the checkout process, you may login and check on the status.  The tracking number will be inserted into your order when your order ships.  If you did not create an account you may email or call us for the status of your order.

  1. What colors are available ?

 5 colors are standard – blue, gray, green, beige, or brown.  Leopard or zebra print with black sides is optional at an additional cost.  Shades of these colors will vary and due to the limitations of computer monitors, the color will appear differently on different monitors.

  1. Do you offer custom work?

 Yes.  Any of our  current models can be modified  or new ones created to your specifications. However some designs may be too large to ship by UPS or may need to be modified to ship in multiple boxes.

  1. Is any assembly required?

 Except for the Mini 6,7 and 8 steps no assembly is required.  The Mini 6,7 and 8 do not require tools for assembly. 

  1. Is your furniture “satisfaction guaranteed?”

Yes!  If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days.  If it has been longer than 14 days, we will work with you to achieve customer satisfaction. Shipping charges are not refundable.

7.   What are your hours for customer service?

Customer service support is available from 10:30 AM to 5 PM M-F  EST. 

8. Why didn't I get an email conformation after placing an order ?

Our server sends an email immediately after you place your order.  If most cases the reason you didn't get your email is because it gets filtered as spam or is considered as bulk commercial mail by some SPAM filter programs.  You should also get a page that summarizes your order.  If you didn't get the order summary, something went wrong and we didn't get your order.  You may also call to verify that we received your order.
